Personality: Cagalli has an aggressive personality that often times gets her into some trouble. She holds a strong ground for her beliefs throughout the first war up until the Minerva’s crew and the political leaders of Orb challenge her, or more appropriately, her father’s actions during the first war. However, with a couple kind words from Lacus and Kira, Cagalli quickly regains her confidence. She is hot tempered and often demanding, which could easily be linked to her station in life. Cagalli does have a vulnerable side when it comes to the potential loss of those that she loves. She doesn’t want things to happen as they do, and when they are out of her control, she displays her frustration through tears, much like her brother.

Relationships: Cagalli’s strongest relationships are with Athrun, Kira, and Lacus. Because of her station, she is the least in contact with people her age, and it is difficult as it is to maintain the relationships she does have. She obviously loves Athrun to the very end, but is caught in a battle in her mind to be with the man she loves or to fight to make sure her father’s death isn’t in vain. The delicate relationship between the naturals and coordinators along with Cagalli’s betrothal hampered their relationship quite a bit. At the end of Gundam Seed Destiny, it seems that Cagalli is determined to lead Orb in the right path, but in order to do so, she must part from Athrun for a time. In the end, she realized, like Athrun, that until they can bring their dreams and hopes to reality, they can not be together. Kira is every much the brother that Cagalli needs. He protects and guides her, although most of the time, they grow together. Lacus and Cagalli have a sisterly relationship, though it is not emphasized that much. They do care for the other, mostly out of respect and admiration for the other.

SEED Mode: Cagalli SEEDED only once throughout Gundam Seed and and Gundam Seed Destiny. She is also the only natural that has the SEED Factor, or least, is the only known natural. I believe, in order for Cagalli to SEED, she has to be truly threatened, which really only happened because she wanted to protect Athrun so much. She is still a natural, and thus, can't truly SEED as often as the other SEEDS, at least from what the series has shown.
